Important notice to Unitholders

Effective on or around 1 April 2026, the Stewart Investors Worldwide All Cap Fund will change to the RQI Global Diversified Alpha Fund.

This will involve the transition of the delegated investment management responsibilities and branding from Stewart Investors to an affiliate investment management team, RQI Investors.

As a result of this transition, the Stewart Investors website will be closed effective on or around 2 April 2026.

All historical AMIT notices and Financial Statements will still be available on the First Sentier Investors website.

First Sentier Group, the global asset management organisation, has announced a strategic transition of Stewart Investors' investment management responsibilities to its affiliate investment team, FSSA Investment Managers, effective Friday, 14 November close of business EST. 

Biographies

Lorna Logan - Analyst & Portfolio Manager currently managing the Worldwide Leaders and Worldwide All Cap funds

  • Joined the team in July 2017.
  • Previously, Lorna worked in various roles at Colonial First State Global Asset Management (now First Sentier Group), and prior to that, worked as a management consultant.
  • Lorna holds a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a BA (Hons) in Business and Psychology from the University of Strathclyde.

Nick Edgerton - Analyst & Lead Portfolio Manager currently managing the Worldwide Leaders and Worldwide All Cap funds

  • Joined the team in April 2012, following two years in the First State Investments group (now First Sentier Group).
  • Previously, Nick worked as an analyst with the Sustainability funds at AMP Capital Investors, and has experience as a consultant, public servant, and academic in sustainability and economics.
  • He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, and a Master of Science with Distinction in Ecological Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
